Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Costs: We offer free domestic USPS shipping for orders over $100 to addresses in the United States. All other shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact us to initiate a return.
- You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Pack the items securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
